De-Click Options…(few to choose from)
RX from iZotope – (compare editions)
De-click – (in all editions)
De-click automatically identifies and removes clicks, pops, and digital impulse noises that can ruin a listening experience. Use De-click when polishing audio transfers and other recordings suffering from quality degradation, digital errors, cell phone interference, and more with its low-latency algorithm.
Mouth De-click – (only in Standard / Advanced editions)
Mouth De-click is a de-clicker that is finely tuned to detect and reduce mouth noises such as clicks and lip smacks. It’s designed for use on longer audio selections, but it can also be used to remove individual clicks.
Velvet from iZotope
  • $85 directly from iZotope, (but I found it for $49 via PluginFox)
spiff from oeksound
  • $159 USD (as at April 2026)
    • 20 Day Trial
  • iLok required (don’t need dongle)
DeClick 2 from Acon Digital
Mouth De-Clicker from accusonus – (FREE)
Part of ERA 6 Bundle (discontinued)
Declick from CEDAR
  • Around £49 / ~$66 USD (as at April 2026)
    • This plugin seems more geared towards music / instrument click cleanup, not necessarily for voice stuff…
SOFTWARE WE USE / RECOMMEND
Common Digital Audio Workstations (DAW) & Audio Editing Software programs.
Other DAWs we know some folks use for both recording *and* mixing voiceover content:
